Your family-friendly non-smoking apartment, which was created in 2017, is equipped with floor tiles and underfloor heating. The ground floor apartment is handicapped accessible. You have the possibility to dial into the wifi for free. Pets are not allowed.
The bathroom (8 sqm) is equipped with a hairdryer, first aid kit and a make-up mirror.
In the first bedroom (16 sqm) is a double bed (1.80 m wide) with separate mattresses. You have the possibility to use a TV.
The second bedroom (13 sqm) has a double bed (1.60 m wide) with a complete mattress. A TV is also in the room.
You can set up 2 more beds in the living room (21 sqm). A 55″ TV will keep you entertained. You will also find board games, literature, hiking and mountain biking maps and access to a small balcony.
Another wellness bath (10 sqm) offers additional comfort with WC, shower, towel dryer and two foot basins for warming up.
The sauna contains relaxation for 4 people.
In the storage room you will find an iron and ironing board, as well as a washing machine and a dryer for sole use.
In winter you can hang your skis in the cellar of the neighbouring building and dry your ski boots on a special heater.
Your free car parking space is located in front of the front door.
